Click here to download an enrolment form. This should be completed and returned to the school office. Applications for enrolment should be accompanied by:

-Copy of Birth Certificate
-Copy of Baptismal Cert
-Copy of utility bill (to validate address)

Applications for enrolment are accepted at any stage during the school year. Please note that applications for the beginning of an academic year will not be dealt with until the February beforehand. Parents will be contacted at that point to make sure they still wish to proceed with enrolment.

Please be aware that places at the school are allocated under the terms of our enrolment policy.

Enrolment at St. Marys is undertaken with the understanding that parents and students agree to the terms of the school Code of Behaviour.
